Slayden's Hot Bat

Jeremy Slayden is currently riding a nine game hitting streak. He's hitting .455 (15-33) over the entire hitting streak and has also scored 12 runs.

Slayden also has a streak of four multi-hit games in a row (.600 batting average).

0-4 going into his final at-bat on Monday night, but he gets a Grand Slam to bring the team back from a 4-8 deficit to tie it at 8-8.

Ten game hitting streak is alive, and so are the Threshers.

Lou Marson then immediately follows with a HR of his own to win the game!

Looks like his hitting streak was snapped yesterday in the loss at Vero. According to the box, he had five chances and came up empty.
