Baseball America Releases FSL Top 20 Prospects List

Baseball America has released their Florida State League Top 20 Prospects List for 2007.

Former Threshers pitchers Carlos Carrasco (# 6) and Josh Outman (# 14) are the lone Phillies representatives on the list.
